Congratulations on the work done at Otterspool Promenade and Park, it is really excellent. Can anyone tell me who is responsible for the public realm along the river between the Britania Inn and Armstrong Quay, Riverside Dr? This is the only place where you can see the river along it's entire length in the city. Are there any plans to improve it before 2008 as at present it is a disgrace?
